The Bible makes it clear that every believer in every church should give (see 1 Corinthians 16:1-2). In this same passage, the Bible tells us that we should give regularly and consistently in proportion to what we earn. We also need to keep in mind that the Lord loves a cheerful giver (see 2 Corinthians 9:7).
