Members of the Intercession and Altar Ministry have the incredible privilege of interceding for and standing with our brothers and sisters in Christ in their times of trial. Even more incredible is the opportunity we have each week to witness the miracle of life as the Lord meets new believers and seekers at their place of brokenness with His arms open wide to receive them just as they are into the family of God. We are truly blessed that the Almighty God of the Universe would allow us to participate as willing vessels as He ministers to His children.

The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the workers are few. We pray that the Lord of the harvest will send more workers who love Him and have a heartfelt desire to be God’s “greeter” to those committing their lives to Jesus and who have a burden to pray with and for those in the body who are in need.

This ministry has three arms at present:

Prayer Team - members of this team are assigned to either "general" or "pastoral" prayer posts, meaning they are praying for the entire church ministry or specifically for the pastors of the house on a daily basis.

Cloth Team - members of this team are prepared with a "covering cloth" for times when people need to be covered after a time of prayer at the altar.

Altar Team - members of this team are part of the prayer team but are prepared to minister to people in particular to new believers if called for by the pastors after a message.
