Core Values [Who we are]

At the core of our church’s DNA are a few core values that we try to incorporate into everything we do. DNA is best described as the basic genetic building blocks that determine who we are and ultimately what we will become.

Community-Based
STN is committed to the South Florida area, particularly Davie, FL, its primary area for ministry focus.
Intentional Diversity
STN is committed to seeing a church develop where people, regardless of their background, worship, grow, serve, and reach out as a community of faith.
Empowering Leadership
STN is committed to equiping, supporting, motivating, and mentoring God's people to reach their full potential in Christ.
Gift-oriented Ministry
STN is committed to help its members identify their spiritual gifts and integrate them into ministries that match those gifts.
Passionate Spirituality
STN is committed to equipping its members to live out their faith with commitment, fire, and enthusiasm.
Functional Structures
STN is committed to form organizational structures that serve to fulfill our vision and values so we can multiply and reach the world for Christ!

Holistic Small Groups
STN is committed to providing a system of small groups where individual Christians can find intimate community, practical help, and intensive spiritual action.
Need-oriented Evangelism
STN is committed to sharing the gospel in a way that meets the questions and needs of un-churched, pre-Christians, de-churched and the hurting.
Loving Relationships
STN is committed to providing a safe place where people can truly care for each other in practical ways. We believe we are to love, serve and respect all people.
